**Who won the London Premier Padel P1 2026?** Claudia Fernández and Martina Calvo beat Gemma Triay and Delfi Brea 7-5, 6-3. In the men’s final, Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia defeated Federico Chingotto and Alejandro Galán 6-3, 5-7, 7-5.

## Calvo-Fernández: two tournaments together and already a title

Fernández and Calvo closed out the final **7-5, 6-3 in 1 hour 45 minutes**. The No. 4 seeds opened up a 3-0 lead and then moved to 4-1. The world No. 1s fought back in the first set before dropping serve again at 5-5.

The second set initially looked set to finish quickly. Fernández and Calvo led 5-0 before Triay and Brea pulled back to 5-3. The new pair then closed the match before the comeback could gather more momentum.

For Calvo, the title also brings a record. At **18 years, one month and four days**, she becomes, according to [the FIP](https://www.padelfip.com/2026/08/fernandez-calvo-make-history-martina-becomes-the-youngest-winner-ever-coello-tapia-are-back/), the youngest player to win a tournament on the Premier Padel circuit. She beats Andrea Ustero’s mark, set last year in Bordeaux, by 20 days.

After the final, the player from Navarra summed up what the first title meant in the tournament release:

> *“To win my first tournament is an achievement I’ve always wanted. If I had played in many finals and not won, my head would be all over the place! We are very happy.”*

The anecdote fits the speed of their new partnership. [One week after reaching their first final together in Pretoria](https://actu-padel.com/finales-london-p1-2026/), Fernández and Calvo faced the same world No. 1 pair in London and this time changed the outcome.

## Coello-Tapia regain the edge in the Superclásico

Coello and Tapia needed three sets to beat Chingotto and Galán **6-3, 5-7, 7-5**. The No. 1 pair broke twice in the opening set. Chingotto and Galán responded by taking their break at 5-5 in the second.

The deciding set moved close to a tie-break. At 6-5, Coello and Tapia found the opening in the final return game. The win gives them their **eighth title of the 2026 season**, after Riyadh, Cancún, Rome, Valencia, Valladolid, Bordeaux and Málaga. Galán and Chingotto remain on six.

One week after missing the Pretoria final, Coello and Tapia leave London with the trophy. The season-title count now stands at eight for the world No. 1 pair and six for Galán and Chingotto.

## More than 20,000 spectators: the verdict on Britain’s first P1

London’s week was about more than the two finals. **More than 20,000 spectators** attended the tournament across the week at Olympia, according to the organisers. For Premier Padel’s first stop in the United Kingdom, that total provides an initial attendance benchmark for a tour event in the country.

**What was the London P1 prize pool?** The FIP lists total prize money of **€479,068**. The venue also had four competition courts. A fan village and entertainment ran alongside the matches. On court, Fernández-Calvo won in only their second tournament together, while Coello-Tapia moved to eight titles for the year.

The tour now enters its summer break. Competition is due to resume at the end of the month with the Madrid P1, followed by the Paris Major.
