The **Champions’ Rings at Milano P1 2026** will be awarded to the four winners of the men’s and women’s finals, alongside their trophies. Each ring contains **72 gemstones**: 56 diamonds, eight rubies and eight emeralds. The idea, inspired by major US sporting leagues, is a first for Premier Padel.

## Champions’ Rings at Milano P1: 72 gemstones

Designed by **Lagati Padel Jewels**, the rings feature the **Duomo di Milano**, the city’s famous cathedral, against a black background. The building is outlined with 48 diamonds in three different sizes. A circle of green, white and red stones around the design evokes the Italian flag.

**Angela Lagati**, the jewellery company’s owner, says the outer circle uses eight emeralds, eight diamonds and eight rubies. Together with the stones depicting the cathedral, **each ring therefore contains 72 precious stones, including 56 diamonds**. Of those stones, 48 form the cathedral and another 24 reproduce Italy’s three colours.

> *“To create the Duomo at the centre of the ring, we used 48 diamonds in three different sizes.”*

Coloured stones sit on either side of the diamonds, mirroring the Italian tricolour. Tournament organisers revealed the design details on 13 October, as main-draw matches were getting under way at the **Allianz Cloud**.

## Two miniature padel rackets hidden inside each ring

The detail that is hardest to spot is on the inside. Two adjustable wings shaped like small **padel rackets** help the ring fit fingers of different sizes. Their purpose is therefore practical as well as decorative, giving the sport a place in the structure of the jewellery.

Angela Lagati says the project combines the sporting tradition of championship rings with her firm’s **35 years of jewellery-making experience**. The idea is to give the winners something personal they can keep and wear, rather than another trophy destined to sit on a shelf.

## Who will receive the rings, and when?

Like the **championship rings** awarded in the NBA and NFL, these jewels are additional awards rather than replacements for trophies. They will go to **two men and two women from the winning pairs**. According to the FIP, the finals start on **Sunday 18 October 2026 at 3 pm** at the Allianz Cloud. The recipients have yet to be decided.

Qualifying at the [Milano P1 2026](https://www.padelfip.com/events/milano-p1-2026/) began on 10 October, with the main draw running from **12 to 18 October**.
