# Rules of the game

These rules set out the conditions for taking part in the “Actu Padel x Clément Geens x Padelcam” game to win one of the **2 Padelcam** games: access, validated participation, draw, prize-giving and data processing.

## General terms and conditions

1. **Organization**: this game is organized by Qreative SRL, a Belgian company headquartered in Nivelles, publisher of the actu-padel.com website (hereinafter “the Organizer”), in partnership with **Clément Geens** and **Padelcam**.
2. **Duration**: the competition runs until **April 11, 2026 inclusive**. The draw will take place on**April****12,****2026**(Brussels time).
3. **Eligibility**: Participation is open to **adults** only. Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.
4. **How to enter (validated entry)**: to validate an entry, the contestant must, on **Instagram** or **Facebook** (your choice): **Optional** actions (with no impact on the chances of winning): identify one or more friends / padel partners in a comment, and/or share the publication in a story or on your whisker.
  - **comment on** the official publication of the competition with the message **“I’m taking part”** (or explicit equivalent),
  - **Like** the official contest publication,
  - **follow** the accounts of **Padelcam**, **Clément Geens** and**Actu Padel**.
5. **Single entry**: only one entry per person will be accepted for the entire competition. In the event of multiple entries (e.g. several comments, entries on several publications, and/or on both platforms), only one entry may be accepted, at the Organizer’s discretion. Any attempt at fraud, use of false accounts, false information or manipulation will result in exclusion.
6. **Designation of winners**: **2 winners** will be drawn at random from all valid entries. Winners will be contacted by **private message** on the social network used to enter, then announced on the official contest post. If a winner does not respond within **7 days** of being contacted, the Organizer may designate a new winner.
7. **Prizes**: the winners will each receive **1 Padelcam**, i.e. **2 Padelcam in total**. The prizes are nominative, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not give rise to any financial consideration.
8. **Delivery of prizes**: prizes will be sent to the address provided by the winners. If the information provided is incomplete, erroneous or cannot be processed within a reasonable time, the Organizer may award the prize to another participant.
9. **Liability**: the Organizer may not be held liable in the event of technical malfunction (network, platform, deletion of publication, unavailability of private messages, etc.) preventing participation or contact. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the contest in the event of force majeure, technical incident or proven fraud.

## Personal data and platform notices

**Data**: the information collected to manage the contest (account identifier, surname/first name, postal address and, if necessary, e-mail address) is used solely to check the validity of entries, contact winners and dispatch prizes. They will not be sold or passed on to third parties, unless strictly necessary for the dispatch of prizes. They are kept for the time required to process the contest.

**RGPD**: in accordance with applicable regulations, each participant has the right to access, rectify and delete his or her data. Requests can be made via the actu-padel.com contact form.

**Platforms**: this contest is not managed, sponsored or endorsed by Instagram or Facebook. Participants agree to hold Instagram and Facebook harmless from any liability related to the conduct of the Contest. Rules of participation must be followed in accordance with the applicable policies of the platforms. **Acceptance**: participation implies full acceptance of the present rules. No claims will be accepted after the competition closes.
