Wilson Endure: the new range of padel rackets dedicated to control

With Endure, Wilson changes gear: a new family of round rackets, designed for players who want to lock in the rally, set the pace and keep it going. Behind the promise of "control/precision" lies a highly sensory-oriented specification sheet... and a face: Momo González.

A choice of shape that says it all: Wilson goes round

In the world of equipment, the geometry of a racket is never neutral. With the launch of Endure, Wilson has taken a clear direction: towards safety, reading the game and repeatability. The round shape serves as an anchoring point, with the idea of a wide sweetspot and more predictable behavior when the tempo accelerates. It’s not just a question of trends. The “control” segment has taken on a particular importance as padel has become denser: more speed, more worked balls, more defending under pressure. In this context, Wilson offers a clear response: Endure is not there to promise an easy winning shot, but to help build, hold and guide.

Key features: Endure v1 structure and technologies

In the official description, Wilson sums up Endure with one guiding principle: uncompromising control, with particular attention to precision and touch. Translation on the court: a racquet that must remain stable, forgiving and, above all, consistent from one impact to the next.
  • Enlarged sweet spot thanks to round geometry: a striking zone designed to maintain control even when impact is not perfectly centered.
  • Control Hole Pattern: a drilling pattern designed to homogenize response on the face and stabilize trajectory over a large part of the useful area.
  • Sharp Hole Technology: a drilling finish for a cleaner hang in there and a more even feel, especially when the ball “slides” across the face.
  • Control Foam+: a comfort- and absorption-oriented foam designed to filter vibrations while retaining feedback.
  • UD Carbon (on Endure v1): a unidirectional construction for a more direct and consistent response to impact, on serve precision.
  • ExactTouch: a “sanded/textured” surface, designed to enhance ball-to-face grip and facilitate ball handling without turning points.
  • Y-Beam Throat / Double Y Beam: a Y-shaped core architecture designed to increase stiffness and stability, while maintaining fluidity when changing direction.
  • Extended handle (14 cm on the product communication): a detail of comfort and leverage, useful for those who like to feel the racket “take” in the hand and accompany the gesture.

Why Wilson puts so much emphasis on “feel” and handling

The Endure philosophy is based on three principles: control, maneuverability and touch. It’s not just a slogan: it’s a way of responding to the demands of the modern game, where defense is no longer a parenthesis but a permanent state. A racket that is too inert becomes difficult to control in fast sequences; a racket that is too dry ends up tiring and making the ball “leaky”. Wilson’s aim is to achieve a balance between a soft impact feel that maintains precision, and a responsive feel that doesn’t overwhelm. The approach is consistent with the promise: Endure wants to last in the exchange and repeat cleanly, not just shine on a sequence.

Endure Pro, Endure v1, Endure LS: three versions, three levels of requirement

The range comes in three models, all with the same philosophy and settings targeting different profiles. The common point: the round shape and a clear focus on control.
  • Endure Pro v1: competition version, announced at 365 g, with a 3K face (in the product communication) for a sharper, more “direct” response. This is the racquet associated with Momo González.
  • Endure v1: announced at 365 g, designed as the most versatile version of the franchise, for intermediate/advanced players looking for a very stable base without falling into an overly demanding racket.
  • Endure LS v1: the “LS” refers to a lighter version of the racket, quoted at 355 g in the range information, with an emphasis on comfort and ease of feel in hand.
This segmentation is interesting: Wilson doesn’t sell three “cosmetics”, but three levels of density and response. The goal seems clear: to keep the Endure DNA identifiable, whatever the model chosen.

Momo González, a sporting showcase and a consistent image

Wilson has chosen an ambassador whose style fits naturally with the product’s intention. Momo González, ranked 15th in the FIP rankings at the time the range was launched, will be using the Endure Pro v1 on tour. The symbol counts: associating Endure with a player of volume and readability means anchoring the racquet in a narrative of “control” rather than “overpower”. Another noteworthy detail: the brand mentions a development period with a prototype before the arrival of the definitive version. A classic but important signal, to lend credibility to the idea of a racket refined in the court, not just designed in the laboratory.

Price and availability: grid announced in euros

On the Wilson boutique (Europe zone), the big match-up prices position Endure as a premium range: €220 for the LS, €270 for the Endure v1, and €320 for the Pro. Availability is announced around mid-February 2026 in the launch communication.

Hardware trend: when brands switch back to control

Endure is part of a wider movement: control has once again become a central issue, not just for “defensive” players, but for all those who want a reliable base and a legible feel. Padel has accelerated, exchanges are becoming denser, and the equipment follows: more stability, more hang in there, more consistency on imperfect impacts. By positioning itself head-on in this segment, Wilson has clarified its offering. Endure is not an “all-purpose” racket sold as a miracle solution: it’s an identified, coherent range that assumes a hierarchy (LS, v1, Pro) and a face (Momo) to embody it.

Key takeaway

  • Endure is Wilson’s first 100% round franchise, built around precision and consistency.
  • The data sheet emphasizes stability (Y-Beam), homogeneity (Control Hole Pattern) and hang-in-there (ExactTouch).
  • Three models (LS, v1, Pro) to keep the same DNA with different levels of requirement.
  • Prices in Europe: €220-320 depending on model.
