Bullpadel has added the Vertex 05 27 to its new Pro Line 2027 and presents it as Juan Tello’s official racket. The model targets professional-level players with a diamond shape, intermediate feel and all-round positioning. Its specification sheet remains very close to the Vertex 05 2026.

Bullpadel positions the Vertex 05 27 for professional-level players looking for an all-round model. The brand rates its maneuverability at 4 out of 5, control at 3.5 out of 5 and power at 3 out of 5. The official price is €349.99 and the French product page showed the racket in stock when we checked.
What changes from the Vertex 05 2026
The Vertex 05 2026 already listed a weight of 365 to 375 g, a 38 mm profile, a 530 cm² playing surface, an X-Tend Carbon 12K face, a MultiEVA core and a Top Spin finish. Its official balance point was approximately 25.4 cm. The 2027 version moves to 25.5 cm, a difference of one millimetre in the figure published by the brand.
The 2027 page also highlights Vertex Core, CurvAktiv, Air Power, Vibradrive, Ease Vibe, Custom Weight and Hesacore. Bullpadel describes the fifth-generation Vertex Core as a reinforced structure and states that CurvAktiv uses a 31.6° lateral rotation. The main materials remain the same as on the 2026 model.
The published data therefore point to a measured update. An on-court test is still needed to determine what the slight balance shift and structural adjustments actually change in maneuverability, stability or ball output.
Juan Tello remains the player linked to the Vertex
Bullpadel keeps Juan Tello at the centre of the Vertex 05 27. The product page identifies him under “Play like a Pro” and calls it his official racket. The launch visuals supplied with the article also show Juan Tello’s name printed on the racket face.
The “Total Play” concept reflects a specific choice: Bullpadel keeps the diamond shape while classifying the model as all-round. The link with Tello continues the same association, as the Vertex 05 2026 was already his official model.
In a June interview with Marca, Juan Tello set a clear target for his season:
“My goal is to play the Premier Finals at all costs.”
Actu Padel had already covered Juan Tello’s chase for ranking points. The Vertex 05 27 extends the association between Bullpadel and the Argentine player. Without an independent test of the 2027 version, claims of improved responsiveness or stability remain manufacturer statements. The verifiable differences mainly concern the published 25.5 cm balance point, the emphasis on Vertex Core and the new 2027 presentation.
