Léa Godallier and Romain Sichez have joined PISTA through its Athlete programme. The announcement, dated 2 October 2026, adds two different profiles to the project: an established international-circuit player and a player-content creator who started competing internationally this season. PISTA had already brought Dylan Guichard and Natan Etienne into the programme.
PISTA’s Athlete programme pairs the world No. 50 with a player-content creator
The FIP ranked Léa Godallier world No. 50 on 28 September, after a season-best position of No. 48 in 2026. With Daiara Valenzuela, she has won the FIP Silver events in Espoo and Porto this season. In Espoo, the pair secured their fourth FIP Silver title together since June.
Romain Sichez was world No. 328 on the same date with 116 points. A former professional tennis player and ATP Tour coach, he says he discovered competitive padel in 2022 and started playing on the international circuit in 2026. In a recent post, he also said he had nearly 60,000 followers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. His FIP ranking has since moved from the No. 342 position cited in that post to No. 328 on 28 September.
PISTA wants a common level system for players
PISTA launched in August 2025. Its app lets players create or join matches and then adjusts a player level using recorded results. PISTA’s official website says a reliability percentage is attached to that rating. Co-founder Sébastien Rouby recently announced that the app had reached 20,000 players and that PISTA was deploying ambassadors across several French regions.
Léa Godallier explained on her LinkedIn account why she agreed to join the programme:
What I like about the PISTA project is that it addresses a real need for players.
PISTA now brings Godallier and Sichez together with Dylan Guichard and Natan Etienne in its Athlete programme. Godallier brings international-circuit experience. Sichez combines competition with content creation, while the app is primarily aimed at organising amateur matches. The company has not disclosed the length or financial terms of the agreements in the public sources reviewed.
PISTA also says it is working on a space for coaches, more court-booking options and broader recognition of its PISTA Level.
