Rules for the Actu Padel – Babolat Air Vertuo 2.6 Game
These rules set forth the terms and conditions of the contest organized by Actu Padel, in which participants can win a Babolat Air Vertuo 2.6 padel racket from the 2026 collection.
The contest is hosted on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok and X.
Each platform provides a separate entry into the draw. A participant can therefore earn up to 5 entries by participating once on each of the five platforms.

1. Organization
The game is organized by Qreative SRL, a company incorporated under Belgian law and based in Nivelles, which publishes the website actu-padel.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer.”
2. Competition Dates
The contest begins on August 8, 2026, and ends on September 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Brussels time.
The draw will take place sometime on Sunday, September 6, 2026.
Any entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
3. Eligible Countries
The contest is free to enter, requires no purchase, and is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in one of the following countries:
Belgium, mainland France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Norway.
People residing in a country not included on this list are not eligible to participate in this contest.
4. Social Media Platforms Involved
The contest is based on the official Actu Padel posts dedicated to this event on the following platforms:
Instagram – Facebook – Threads – TikTok – X
Only entries submitted in response to an official contest post published by Actu Padel on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, or X will be considered.
5. How can I participate?
To be eligible to win on a platform, participants must post a comment or reply under the official contest post that includes the phrase “I’m entering” or an equivalent statement clearly expressing their intention to participate.
You can enter this contest on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and/or X.
Liking the post, following Actu Padel, tagging friends, sharing, or reposting the content is optional and does not increase your chances of winning.
The investment must remain visible and accessible at the time the investments are inventoried.
6. One platform = one opportunity
Each platform used entitles you to a separate entry in the draw.
A participant can therefore increase their chances of winning by participating on multiple platforms:
Instagram only = 1 entry
Instagram + Facebook = 2 chances
3 different platforms = 3 chances
4 different platforms = 4 chances
Instagram + Facebook + Threads + TikTok + X = 5 chances
You are therefore fully permitted to participate on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and X in order to earn 5 different entries into the draw.
Participation on multiple platforms remains optional: a person can participate on just one platform and still have a chance to win.
7. Only one entry per platform
Each person may enter onlyonce per platform.
Posting multiple comments or replies on the same platform does not give you any additional chances.
Using multiple accounts on the same platform to artificially increase one’s chances is prohibited. Any fraud, use of fake accounts, automation, or manipulation may result in the participant’s disqualification.
However, the same person can use their Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and X accounts as usual to earn up to 5 chances in total.
8. Draw
After the contest closes, the Organizer will combine all valid entries from Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and X into a single drawing list.
Each valid entry on a platform counts as one entry in the drawing. A person who has entered on all five platforms will therefore have five separate entries.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Sunday, September 6, 2026.
The Organizer may retain a record of the drawing and the list of entries in order to verify that it was conducted properly.
9. Winner’s Name and Contact Information
The winner will be contacted via the platform associated with the winning entry, whether it is Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, or X.
We will contact the winner via private message whenever possible, or through a public reply inviting the winner to contact Actu Padel privately.
The winner must undergo confirmation of their identity, age, and country of residence so that their eligibility can be verified.
If no response is received within 7 calendar days of the initial contact, the Organizer may conduct a new draw.
If the winning entry does not comply with these rules, it will be disqualified, and a new drawing may be held.
10. Lot
The winner will receive a Babolat Air Vertuo 2.6 padel racket from the 2026 collection.
The prize is non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or replaced with another product at the winner’s request.
11. Shipping the batch
The prize will be shipped to a valid mailing address located in one of the countries eligible for the contest.
Standard shipping costs are covered by the Organizer. Any taxes, fiscal obligations, or duties legally applicable to the winner in their country of residence remain subject to local law.
If the winner provides an invalid address, resides in an ineligible country, or fails to provide the information necessary for shipping within a reasonable time, the Organizer may conduct a new drawing.
12. Personal Information
To organize the contest, the Organizer may process the information necessary to identify entries, including the account’s username or public name, the platform used, the comment, and the link to the entry.
Data visible on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, or X will be used only to the extent necessary to administer the contest.
The personal information required to send the prize—such as last name, first name, mailing address, email address, or phone number—will be requested only from the winner and only through a private channel.
This information is used solely to administer the contest, verify the winner’s eligibility, and arrange for the prize to be awarded. It is not sold to third parties.
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, participants may exercise their rights using the contact form available on actu-padel.com.
13. Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and X
This contest is organized exclusively by Actu Padel and Qreative SRL.
It is not managed, sponsored, administered, or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, or X, and is not affiliated with these platforms.
Each participant must comply with the terms of use of the social media platform on which they are participating.
The Organizer cannot be held liable for any technical issues beyond its control affecting Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, or X, including but not limited to the deletion of a post or comment, a system outage, account restrictions, or the temporary unavailability of a platform.
14. Modification or Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the contest if an event beyond its control makes it impossible to conduct the contest as planned, including in the event of a major technical issue, fraud, force majeure, a regulatory change, or a significant change to the rules of Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, or X.
Any significant changes to the contest will be posted on this page.
15. Acceptance of the Rules
By entering the contest, the participant makes the statement that he or she has read these rules prior to entering and accepts them fully and without reservation.
The participant acknowledges, in particular, that he or she understands that he or she hasone chance per platform and that he or she can increase his or her chances by participating on multiple networks, up to a maximum of 5 chances per person.
Participation on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, or X therefore constitutes acceptance of these rules in their entirety.
