El Estudiante: 40 courts and more than 100,000 m²
Club El Estudiante in Alcobendas advertises forty padel courts, including thirty covered and ten outdoors. Operating since 1977, the venue also has twelve tennis courts and eighty golf practice bays.
Its grounds extend over more than 100,000 square metres and include restaurants, green spaces and private parking. The club describes itself as the world’s largest padel club, but that is the venue’s own claim. Court numbers can change and this article does not establish an independently verified world ranking.
El Estudiante combines court hire with a padel academy and organised play across ability levels. Its unusually large number of covered courts is particularly relevant to regular players.
Ciudad de la Raqueta: 30 padel courts and 17 tennis courts
In Madrid’s Montecarmelo district, Ciudad de la Raqueta operates thirty padel courts: eight indoor, ten covered and twelve outdoor. The venue also has seventeen tennis courts and a padel stadium with seating for 800 spectators.
Now part of the BamVolea group, it hosts tournaments, coaching, events and training sessions. Its combination of tennis and padel means the overall sporting site is larger than the padel area alone.
BamVolea Sportcity: 30 courts near Valencia
BamVolea Sportcity in Massanassa advertises thirty padel courts, twenty of them indoor and ten outdoors. Its facilities include a panoramic centre court and a singles court used for particular training formats within the advertised provision.
A gym, football pitch and restaurant complete the venue. Players can book a court, join lessons or spend a longer day using its sporting and social facilities.
ULTRA Padel Magic City: Miami’s 26 doubles courts
In Miami, ULTRA Padel Magic City lists fifteen outdoor doubles courts and eleven air-conditioned indoor doubles courts. Its twenty-six doubles courts are supplemented by one singles court and two children’s courts.
This breakdown matters: adding the specialised courts produces a different total without changing the number of standard doubles courts. The site also offers coaching, clinics, tournaments, a café and a pro shop.
The US venue combines regular play with an active club schedule, catering to both beginners and experienced players.
Family Sport Center: 24 courts in Beniparrell
Family Sport Center, near Valencia, advertises twenty-four padel courts. Established in 2017, the club says it has hosted the World Padel Tour on three occasions.
A gym, restaurant, children’s play areas and family activities complement the courts. The capacity supports tournaments and leagues while retaining an offer for recreational players.
La Moraleja: 23 courts across 14,000 m²
La Moraleja Club de Pádel has twenty-three floodlit courts, eight of them covered, on a site of around 14,000 square metres. Its own facility dossier distinguishes twelve glass courts and eleven wall courts.
The Alcobendas club also offers coaching, a restaurant, fitness facilities and event spaces. It is not the same venue as the separate Club de Tenis La Moraleja.
Which venue leads this six-club comparison?
By advertised padel court count, El Estudiante leads the six with forty courts. Ciudad de la Raqueta and BamVolea Sportcity follow on thirty each. ULTRA Magic City lists twenty-six doubles courts, Family Sport Center twenty-four and La Moraleja twenty-three.
These figures describe only the six selected venues. They do not establish a global top six. A comprehensive ranking would require checking each club’s active facilities and applying a consistent approach to counting standard, singles and junior courts.
