The FIP Silver Westerbork main draw runs from 28 to 30 August in the Netherlands, with 32 places and €9,000 in prize money. Three French players appear in the draw released by the FIP: Camille Sireix, Marie-Amélie Dardaine and Clara Mansart.
FIP Silver Westerbork: Sireix-Wyckaert face the No. 6 seeds
The draw released by the FIP on 24 August sends Camille Sireix and Helena Wyckaert straight into the round of 16 after a bye. Their first match will be against the No. 6 seeds, Raquel Piltcher and Christina-Styliani Ntanou, who also received a first-round bye.
Piltcher was ranked world No. 68 on the FIP profile dated 17 August, while Sireix is listed at No. 135 in the 24 August ranking. Wyckaert won the FIP Silver Koksijde in July.
Piltcher and Ntanou are not unfamiliar opponents for the French group. Dardaine and Mansart faced them in the FIP Silver Narbonne quarter-finals in June. In Westerbork, the points scale awards 14 FIP points for a quarter-final, 25 for a semi-final and 80 for the title.
Dardaine-Mansart: first-round opponent still unconfirmed
Marie-Amélie Dardaine and Clara Mansart are together in the upper half of the draw. When the draw was released, their first-round opponent was still listed as “Alternate”. No name can be given until an official update is published.
If they advance, the French pair would meet Constança Gorito and Dora Chamli, who have a first-round bye. Dardaine and Mansart reached the semi-finals together at the FIP Bronze Dronten in July. They had also played together in Narbonne in June. Dardaine was world No. 173 on 17 August and Mansart No. 208 on 10 August.
Caparrós-Pérez are the No. 1 seeds with 2,920 team points
Marta Caparrós Maldonado and Águeda Pérez Ortiz top the seedings with 2,920 team points in the official document. Ana Varo Ramos and Marcella Koek follow with 1,229. Caparrós set out the target in an interview published by the organisers on 24 August:
“Our goal is to win the tournament.”
The event has moved up since the initial Westerbork 2026 preview. The women’s event, a Bronze in 2025, is now a FIP Silver with €9,000 in prize money. The main draw starts on Friday 28 August on the outdoor courts at Racketclub Westerbork. The round of 16 and quarter-finals are scheduled for Saturday, followed by the semi-finals and final on Sunday 30 August.
Sireix already knows the hurdle standing between her pair and the quarter-finals. Dardaine and Mansart are still waiting for the name that will replace “Alternate” in their first-round slot.
