After Club VG in March and Tero Garisart in early July, Road to Masters by CUPRA arrives at BATD Odrimont for its third MD1000 stop of 2026. The event runs from 18 to 23 August and remains reserved for P1000 and P700 players.
Jérémy De Bodt leads the race before Odrimont
The Road to Masters ranking published in July places Jérémy De Bodt first with 3,505 points. Jérémy Gala follows on 2,920, ahead of Maxime Deloyer on 2,640. The Odrimont stop also has a local connection: BATD lists De Bodt among the people in charge of its padel academy.
The points scale can change the order quickly. A win is worth 2,000 points, with 1,200 for a runner-up finish, 640 for a semi-final and 360 for a quarter-final. Players knocked out in the group stage score 150 points with one win and 50 without a win. Those points are added to the results used in the Masters race. Our overview of Road to Masters 2026 explains the circuit format.
An MD1000 with groups, a super tiebreak and no golden point
The rules provide for groups of three pairs. The winner of each group moves into the main draw. The top four seeds are ordered using the Lotto Belgian Padel Tour, the Road to Masters ranking supplemented by the relevant BPT events and the value of the pair.
The club and the referee set the capacity of the stop between 16 and 32 pairs. Group-stage and main-draw matches are played over two winning sets. At one set all, a 10-point super tiebreak decides the match. The golden point is not used. The final may be played over three full sets at the referee’s discretion. The official MD1000 rules set out these conditions.
Odrimont hosts a wider week of competition
The official listing for stop three also includes MD50, MD300, MD500, WD50, WD100 and WD500 categories. Road to Masters therefore sits inside a broader tournament week at the Lasne club, with the MD1000 among the main sporting stakes.
In Odrimont, every round won counts directly in a race that has reached the middle of its five-stop schedule. The next ranking update will show who used this third event to move closer to the season-ending Masters.
